• When will I receive my order?

All orders will take 3-7 Business Days to be processed. Orders are sent via USPS and you will receive tracking information when available.

• I booked a service online.  When will I receive the address?

Location for services in Upper Marlboro, MD will be sent out via email 24rs prior to your appointment time.  

• Can I return my items?

All sales are FINAL.  There are no returns.  If an item is damaged you will need to send images and a store credit will be issued.

• Are you accepting new clients?

New clients must join the wait list for appointments.  You will be contacted when slots become available via email. Slots are first come first serve.
